About Us
Owner
Anne Mobley is the owner of White Rabbit Boutique which
originally opened its doors at 531 Main Street in April 2005. In
January 2006, Anne and her husband, Bill, purchased the building
at 529 Main Street (next door) and relocated.
Anne's background has been in local government over the past 30
years, working for cities of Union City, South Lake Tahoe, Orinda,
and Pleasant Hill, and most recently retiring from Contra Costa
Water District after 14 years. In her career, Anne held the following
positions: Administrative Secretary, Microfilm Technician, Office
Services Coordinator, and Deputy City Clerk.
Anne realized that her passion is in shopping and what better than
to open up a boutique so she can enjoy her passion and interact
with all the people who come into her shoppe. Anne can be found
surrounded by her purple walls which she says reflects her
personality. Anne lives with her husband in Pleasant Hill.
